JOB DESCRIPTION: Lakewood Location

Voice Sales Executive to identify and secure sales opportunities within the State in commercial markets Specific area of concentration will be on two way radios and accessories.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proficiency with all major voice product offerings and their applications
  • Development of sales quotations
  • Participation in the development and execution of effective customer presentations.
  • Development of Statement of Work procedures for use with systems sales
  • Provide single point of contact regarding customer inquiries regarding technical support for the aforementioned product lines.
  • Update and maintain technical collateral material on product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain effective lines of communications with all internal support groups to ensure customer satisfaction.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills that include: telephone, written and oral presentations.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a salaried position with commissions on sales above identified goals on a quarterly and year to date basis.

Sales Executive Data Products Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION: Lakewood Location

Identify and secure sales within NJ, PA and northeast territory by securing new sales from quallified prospects through effective marketing of WPCS Lakewood’s Data Product offerings. Effectively maintain sales and services to existing accounts. Specific areas of concentration will be on Sierra Wireless’ Airlink product line for asset tracking and M2M applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proficiency with Sierra’s Airlink product offerings, and their applications within vertical markets such as Utilities, Construction, Intelligent Transportation, Warehousing and Retail Chains.
  • Working knowledge of Airlink Ace Net management software and ALEOS© features and benefits.
  • Establishing open and productive on-going communications with appropriate representatives within Sierra Wireless.
  • Proficiency in backend Server requirements within customer applications.
  • Proficiency with Trackstar© software and similar tracking systems for sale and use by Airlink customers.
  • Entering of sales quotations specific to these product lines into WPCS’s internal order processing system. (ServMan)
  • Initiate and follow through with product marketing activities for specific modem applications and target markets.
  • Provide single point of contact within WPCS regarding customer inquiries and prospects obtained from Sierra Wireless.
  • Plan and participate in targeted marketing events, shows and programs.
  • Develop business strategies and tactics for sales into existing commercial accounts, new applications and vertical markets.
  • Maintain robust Prospect Report and Sales Funnel on product application leads, sales and marketing efforts and accomplishments.
  • Prepare and maintain Project Profiles and work closely with Service Department within WPCS and Sierra to develop and capture large opportunities.
  • Proactively seek sales appointments with existing commercial and industrial customers and new accounts via effective telemarketing program resulting in an increase of sales.
  • Strengthen relationships within key accounts through effective verbal and written communications regarding product offerings and applications.
  • Update and maintain sales collateral materials and current price lists of Airlink product line.
  • Develop and maintain effective lines of communications with all internal support groups to ensure customer satisfaction: Sales/Delivery/Installation.
  • Travel limited within the northeast region on an as-needed basis.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills that include: telephone, written and verbal presentations.
  • Three to five years experiences in technical sales, and/or:
    • Experiences in asset management and wireless data transfer,
    • Knowledge of wireless ecosystem, cellular carriers (Vzw, AT&T, Sprint) and underlying cellular technologies (CDMA, GSM, EVDO/Rev A and 3G).
  • Consultative selling and vertical market analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to provide wireless systems solutions effectively and persuasively.
  • Account management, prospecting and networking skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement an effective Business Plan to ensure success and continued growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is a salaried position with the ability to obtain commissions on sales with no ceilings. Eligibility for commissions will be contingent upon reaching a satisfactory proficiency level with Sierra Wireless’ Airlink product lines.

System Sales Consultant - Data Products

JOB DESCRIPTION: Lakewood Location

Assist Sales Executives in identifying and securing system sales opportunities within the northeast territory in order to attain and surpass Sales and Billings goals. Provide technical assistance for complete Data Product lines.

Specific area of concentration will be on Sierra Wireless’ Airlink products; how to interface with customer servers, systems and software options such as Trackstar, Insight, and any other wireless mobile applications pertinent to our industry.

Responsibilities will extend to WiFi Solutions from Motorola such as PTP, Canopy/MESH and Symbol product line. In addition, Panasonic Toughbooks, Arbitrator In-car Video, Motorola and Datalux MDT products will also be under the guidance of this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proficiency with all major data product offerings and their applications within wireless markets.
  • Expanded knowledge of and proficiency in system servers and interfacing with data product offerings.
  • Establishing open and effective lines of communications with appropriate Sales Executives for each product line.
  • Assist in the development of sales quotations specific to these product lines including technical review of quotes and orders.
  • Participation in the development and execution of effective customer presentations.
  • Development of Statement of Work procedures for use with systems sales.
  • Provide single point of contact regarding customer inquiries regarding technical support for the aforementioned product lines.
  • Assist Sales Executives with the development of marketing strategies for sales into existing accounts, new customers and verticals.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives to identify opportunities with new accounts based upon the latest technical developments of each product line.
  • Update and maintain technical collateral material on product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain effective lines of communications with all internal support groups to ensure customer satisfaction.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills that include: telephone, written and oral presentations.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft server products and networking fundamentals i.e.; routing, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN.
  • Microsoft MCSE or Cisco CCNA certifications would be a plus.
  • Three to five years experiences in wireless data technical support.

This is a salaried position with the ability to earn commissions on sales above identified goals on a quarterly and year to date basis.
